RETURN POLICY
The cost to return the item to our warehouse is for the clients account.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days once we have received the item and the above criteria has been met.
A store credit will be given for the amount less than R250.

Please be prepared to provide the product model, photographs and a description of the warranty issue. Some replacement parts may be available for purchase after this limited warranty expires.
WARRANTY LENGTH DETAILSCANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you have PRE-ORDERED a stroller with us and you wish to cancel, in order for a refund to be processed, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted for handling/admin.
We CANNOT accept any credit or change of price for any PROMOTIONAL ITEM you have purchased or pre-ordered.
PROMOTIONAL AND COUPON CODES
Our system is not able to block these transactions, however should we receive an item that's been discounted and used in conjunction with the coupon code we have the right to request the balance to be paid or the order will unfortunately have to cancelled.
TRADE IN
Once you have accepted our offer we confirm that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of the sale.
- Should you not have the original boxes or packaging, you are required to package the travel system in a protective manner, the use of bubble wrap is recommended. It is your responsibility to avoid any damage of the item.
- Once the product has been collected, the trade-in is final cannot be cancelled.
- A voucher offer cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please be advised that should errors or omissions occur on pricing or product availability, we reserve the right to cancel and refund transactions.
Overall a good product, but we found that it still lets a lot of light through, especially when the sun is low. It is very easy to install and I would still recommend it. It would be nice if it could be redesigned a small bit, so that you could maybe just clip it to the top of the window when closed. I tried this with it, but found that the clips for the suction cups are just too thick for the Door Seal/Weatherstrip. Maybe something for the future.
It doesn't fit the car window of a Golf - only a small portion of the window is covered.
The quality is great just find it very narow width wise, we have a large and small vehicle and on both it hardly covers half the window.
Its your average roller and not justified for price. The design could be better in that the suction cups are better made so it stays on the window. It would be great if they designed it in a way that sunshade is expandable or is able to move left or right. Quality of the actual material used on the shade is decent.
